Private, 3-Bedroom Cozy Cottage with a Spectacular View of the Sunsets over Lake Simcoe!
Swim right infront of the cottage on a sandy bottom, or enjoy a private sandy beach and park at the resort, at no charge to our guests, only a 5-minute walk away! Children's playground is only a 2-minute walk from the cottage.
Bedroom 1 has one double bed. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a single up/double down bunk bed. The Lakeside Cottage has one 3-pc bath.
Galley kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, colander, serving bowls & serving utensils.
The cottage also includes a gas fireplace, colour television, cable TV & VCR. (Store with movie rentals at top of street.)
Outdoor amenities include lakefront fire pit, large picnic table, and propane BBQ. Shallow dock suitable for swimming/sun tanning and docking your personal Jet Ski or small boat infront of cottage.
Canoe, paddles and life vests available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis; $50 for 2 days, or $100 for 5 days.
Don't forget to bring your own personal face cloths, bath soap & shampoo, toilet paper, beach towels & water shoes, paper towels, plastic wrap & garbage bags.
Peninsula Restaurant & Riverside Patio is only a short walk away for a relaxing meal overlooking the water.

Great fishing for Perch, Bass, Trout and Whitefish in Lake Simcoe. Free boat launch at end of street. Lots of space for boat/snowmobile trailers onsite. Excellent Ice Fishing -- hut rentals, fishing licenses and minnows just down the street.

July and August rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Maximum 6 people, no overnight visitors. No pets.
$1000 per week.
Check in after 3pm.
Check out before 11am.
September to June Rental Rates
$200 per night, 2 night minimum
