The Riverside Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom, air conditioned new home located on a dead-end street, decorated in a Cape Cod/nautical theme.
There are two boat slips onsite and a free boat launch at the end of the street. Powerboat rentals in Jackson's Point. Swimming is just a 2-minute walk to the resort's Private Beach and Park, at no cost to our cottage guests. Children's playground is a 5-minute walk.
Main floor master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 4 pc ensuite bathroom and private deck facing the river. Living room with cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, powder room and eat-in kitchen with covered deck finish the 1st floor. Upstairs you'll find a 4 pc bathroom, shared by two bedrooms - each including a single up/double down bunk bed.
Colour television, cable TV, VCR and DVD are also included. (Store with movie rentals at top of street.)
Kitchen includes stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric fry pan, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, serving bowls, serving utensils, colander and can opener.
Outdoor amenities include waterfront fire pit, picnic table, patio chairs and propane BBQ.
Canoe, paddles and life vests available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis;
$50 for 2 days, or $100 for 5 days.
Don't forget to bring your own personal face cloths, bath soap & shampoo, toilet paper, beach towels & water shoes, paper towels, plastic wrap and garbage bags.
Peninsula Restaurant & Riverside Patio is only a short walk away for a relaxing meal overlooking the water.

Great fishing for Perch, Bass, Trout and Whitefish in Lake Simcoe. Free boat launch at end of street. Lots of space for boat/snowmobile trailers onsite. Excellent ice fishing; hut rentals, fishing licenses and minnows just down the street.
